Who is Jim Lange?

Jim Lange is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he graduated with a BBA in computer systems.  While at UT, he was a 4 year member of the varsity basketball team.Jim has been in business for over 20 years, first as a computer programmer, then as a sales representative and currently in several roles including:

• President of Bleedership – a business/ministry that helps doctors and business owners to consistently and effectively impact the spiritual health of their patients and employees
• Leadership and sales consultant
• Author
• Speaker

Jim is a member of Crossroads Community Church in Ottawa Lake, Michigan and is also on part-time staff as Director of Worklife Ministry.

Jim wrote and released his book, Bleedership, Biblical First-Aid for Leaders in 2005.  The book was named Best Christian Business Book of the Year by Christian Storyteller. 

He has been married to Connie since 1985 and they have three children: Kristin (20), Molly (18) and Robbie (12).  He resides in Lambertville, Michigan, just outside Toledo.
